Melglobe LLC ("we") handles the information entrusted to us for our house-guide and property-management services as follows.
Your name, email address and phone number, plus the property details needed for production (address, Wi-Fi name and password, key or lock codes, appliance photos, house rules, emergency contacts, etc.) via our questionnaire or email.
Only to produce, deliver and revise your house guide or other deliverables, to communicate with you, and for quotes and invoicing.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law. We may use translation or writing tools during production, but we do not enter identifying information beyond what production requires.
Our copies of your questionnaire, photos and related files are deleted once the post-delivery revision period (one month) ends. Information shown in your published guide, and the spreadsheet you use for updates (required for the site to work), are kept in our Google Drive while the service continues and deleted when it ends.
We keep your information in an access-restricted environment and take reasonable steps to prevent loss, leakage or alteration.
To access, correct or delete your information, please contact us through the contact form. We will respond promptly after verifying your identity.
Our website (melglobe.com) and our house-guide demo site use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the sites are used and to improve them. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate region and device type; it does not include information that identifies you by name. The data is handled under Google's privacy policy. To opt out, disable cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
We may update this policy when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
