Scheduling

We fix the date. If you will not be there, let us know how to enter (for example, a key-box code).

Shoot

We photograph the rooms, details and exterior. Please have the property set up just as it would be for a guest.

Delivery

We send the corrected photos as a GigaFile download link (a file-transfer service, no sign-up needed) with a password. Please save them within 30 days.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be there?

No. Just tell us how to enter (for example, a key-box code) beforehand. You are of course welcome to join.

How should I prepare?

Have the property cleaned and the beds made, just as you would for a guest. Putting away personal items makes the photos look even better.

How do I receive the photos?

We send a download link and password from GigaFile, a file-transfer service that needs no sign-up. The files are available for 30 days, so please save them within that time.

Where can I use the photos?

Freely on booking sites such as Airbnb, your own website and social media. If Melglobe wishes to show any of them as examples, we will ask you first.

What areas do you cover?

We mainly cover the Kanto area. Travel is included for the Tokyo 23 wards and the Tama area; elsewhere we charge actual travel costs. Please ask.

I need the photos quickly.

With the express option (+¥10,000), we deliver within 3 days of the shoot.
